-Why the change to Online Application/Payment only?
More and more vendors were asking the Craft Fair Committee to accept applications and payments online. The committee (all volunteers) found a way to streamline the application, booth registration, and payment process through the new website listed above.
-What is the deadline to keep my booth from the 2019 Craft Fair?
A Complete Application needs to be submitted by September 30, 2022.
-When is the deadline to register for the 2022 Craft Fair?
The final deadline to register is October 31, 2022. No new applications will be accepted after this date. If we are sold out of booths before that date, we will not be able to accept any more applications at that time.
-What needs to be submitted for a Complete Application?
A Complete Application includes Vendor information [contact name, business name (if applicable), email, phone number, mailing address], Booth payment and social media link (Facebook, Instagram, Vendor website, etc.) or pictures of the items to be sold at the Craft Fair.
-When will I receive my parking pass?
Parking passes (1 pass per paid booth) will be mailed by US Postal Service to all vendors during the month of November. This delivery method insures the fair distribution of parking passes. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date. Should you move between the time you register and when we mail out the parking passes, you need to contact us at craftfair@mohsmusic.com with your updated mailing address. The committee will not be responsible if your parking pass is returned and you have no parking pass on the day of the Craft Fair.
-How do booths get assigned?
In order that we may continue our encouragement of handcrafted items, priority will be given to vendors who provide their social media link or pictures of items for sale with their application. Should these items not be submitted, the full application will not be considered for review and the vendor booth fee may be subject to return.
-Returning vendors from the 2019 Craft Fair that have registered, paid online and submitted their social media link or uploaded pictures of the items to be sold by the September 30, 2022 deadline will be assigned their latest booth number. Should you want to be reassigned to a different booth number, sign up via the website, after September 30, 2022.
If you would like another booth assignment, please note your request in the comments section with the general area you are requesting. If there is no room for special comments, send an email to craftfair@mohsmusic.com. Requested booths are not guaranteed.
Returning vendors that have NOT signed up by the deadline will be assigned a booth number based on the next available booth as assigned by the Committee.
New vendors or Vendors who have not been at the latest Craft Fair will be assigned a booth number based on the next available booth as selected.
For both new and returning vendors, preferential priority booth assignments will be given to vendors submitting complete applications with the appropriate social media links or product photos. In addition, applications which include handcrafted items will be given priority booth assignments.
