Early Bird

April 1 - April 30, 2026

Regular

May 1 - September 30, 2026

$200 per booth

(all booths)

Late

October 1, 2026 until all booths filled

$275 per booth

(all booths)

Deadline for Cancellation: November 1, 2026

Please review our Terms and Conditions (updated 3/24/2026) prior to submitting your registration. 

Payment of a Winter Craft Fair booth fee confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

View the booth map.  Please note any booth preferences during registration.  We will do our best to accommodate requests, however it is not guaranteed. 

Vendor Parking availability is limited.  Parking details will be included in your registration packet which will be mailed via USPS once all registration requirements are met.
