
Vendor Frequently Asked Questions
When is the deadline to register for the 2026 Winter Craft Fair?
Registration will be accepted until all booths are sold out. To ensure you receive your vendor packet in time, we encourage vendors to complete all registration requirements before October 5, 2026.
What needs to be submitted for a complete registration?
A Complete Application includes:

Contact name

Business name
-
G.E. license number

Email, phone number, and mailing address

A list of products, and your social media information (Facebook, Instagram, vendor website, etc.) Vendors without social media may submit pictures via email to craftfair@mohsmusic.com

Food vendors must also submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the following as additionally insured: Moanalua High School, Moanalua High School Music Booster Association, Hawaii Department of Education and submit to Moanalua High School Music Booster Association (P.O. Box 31045 Honolulu, HI 96820) no later than three (3) weeks before the Winter Craft Fair.
When will I receive my parking pass?
Parking passes (1 pass per paid booth) will be mailed by US Postal Service to all vendors during the month of October. This delivery method insures the fair distribution of parking passes. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date. Should you move between the time you register and when we mail out the parking passes, please contact us at email address with your updated mailing address. We will not be responsible if, for any reason, your parking pass is undeliverable, returned, or lost; you must contact us prior to the event for a replacement.
How are booths assigned?
You will be prompted to select a booth type during registration.
You will also have an opportunity to note a booth location preference upon check-out. We will do our best to accommodate requests but these are not guaranteed. Final booth assignments are at the discretion of the MoHS Music Booster Winter Craft Fair Committee.
What items can be sold at the Craft Fair?
Products that are locally crafted or designed, or embody local culture are highly encouraged. All items sold must be FAMILY FRIENDLY. The MoHS Music Booster Winter Craft Fair Committee reserves the right to ban any items deemed offensive and/or inappropriate.
Items for sale should fit into one of these categories:

Handcrafted items of any material (e.g. wood, metal, glass, resin, cloth, etc.)

What if vendors are selling the same items?
To ensure your craft fair items are unique, it is to your advantage to sell handcrafted, handmade items. Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) products are HIGHLY discouraged. Examples of MLM products are doTerra (essential oils), LulaRoe (clothing), Origami Owl Jewelry, Color Street Nails, and Thirty-one Bags.
